Butyrflex BL

Friday, 07 March 2014 09:57 Published in Organic Acids and their Esters

BUTYRFLEX BL is a complex of monoglycerides of Butyric Acid (C4), Lauric Acid (C12); Capylic Acid (C8) and Capric Acid (C10); these ingredients play a key role in the digestive tract:
their antibacterial activity allow to control different Gram- groups such as E. Coli, Salmonella Sp. and Gram+ such as Streptococci, Staphylococci and decrease of somatic cells (Rif.Fats Are Good for you –Jon J. Kabara, PhD);
increase of intestinal villi growth with positive effects for the enterocytes present in these mucous membrane;
creation of an adverse intestinal environment for the development of entherogenic pathogens with growth reduction of coccidia form;
Improve poultry litter quality;
Promotion and development of absorbing mucous surface in the intestinal tract: the younger animal consumption is increased providing great advantages for their further growth and FCR (Feed Conversion Rate) improvement.

BUTYRFLEX BL has important nutraceutical effects and gives greats advantages in term of:
stability and NO - corrosivity;
mild and pleasant smell and excellent taste;
higher activity than free fatty acids (Rif.Fats Are Good for you –Jon J. Kabara, PhD)
 Other organic acids or their salts are degraded at specific pH level typical of digestive tract: to avoid this degradation a kind of “protection” is required, but very often these protections are not efficient and these products are not completely useful.  BUTYRFLEX BL is active at any pH level and it is efficient in the digestive tract.

Scientists create additive to prevent iodine deficiency

Friday, 31 January 2014 16:56 Published in News

Scientists from the Siberian Scientific Research Institute of Agriculture in Tomsk (Agricultural Center) have developed a feed additive that can help prevent iodine deficiency in cattle, reported the press-service of the Agrarian center of Tomsk Oblast.

"We are talking about developing a biologically active humic feed additive, which include macro and micronutrients. The additive is intended for cattle, sheep and goats in different age and physiological periods for prevention, improving productivity and eliminating iodine deficiency "- stated the press service of the Agricultural Center.

Studies have shown that the introduction of humic acids in the diet of animals can lead to an increase in milk production and fat content in cow's milk. Humic acids improve feed efficiency and decrease its costs. Humic feed additives are a rich in various vitamins, macro-and micronutrients that are vital to the growth and development of animals.

"But the problem of iodine deficiency in animals remains. Currently we are looking at developing a method for producing a feed additive from peat for the prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency in polygastric animals as well as to increase the profitability of milk production"- said in a statement of Agricultural Center.
